RECIPIES FOR DINNER

Fry Potatoes

In a frying pan, add oil and add freshly chopped potatoes and fry for 2-3 min Add 1tbsp of Turmeric Powder and a pinch of salt to taste and saute it well till potatoes are cooked.

Fry Soyabean

In the same oil. add already boiled soyabean (Soya Chunks) and fry for 1 min. Tip: Don't overfry as it would make the soyabean hard.

Prepare the masala

Add 2 bayleaf, 2 dry chillies and a freshly chopped onions and fry well. Add 1 cup of onion paste and saute it well to make a paste like texture.

Prepare the masala (cont.)

Add 1tbsp of ginger and garlic paste each and add 1tbsp of Turmeric power and 2tbsp of red chilli powder and 1tbsp of cumin power and mix it well.

Prepare the gravy

Add the previously fried potatoes and mix it well. Add 2 cups of water and mix the mixture and wait till gravy starts to boil.

Complete the dish

Add the previously cooked soyabean in the gravy and mix it well, so that the soyabean can absorb the gravy well. Cook for 5 min and the dish is ready to be served.
