Ingredients
- 250 grams of paneer
- pinch of salt and turmeric powder
- Some cashews and raisins for making the gravy.
- Mastard Oil
- 1 tablespoon of coriander powder.
- 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder.
- 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- 50 grams of curd
- 100 grams of milk.
- 1 tablespoon of ghee.
- 1 tablespoon of kasoori methi
Step-by-step process
- Cut the paneer into cubes.
- Then, in a frying pan, add some mustard oil, mix the paneer with a pinch of turmeric powder, and fry till it is golden brown.
- Then, in the same oil, add 1 tablespoon of ghee to enrich the taste.
- Add the already prepared paste (cashew + dried grapes) to the frying pan and sauté it well.
- Add 1 pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, and 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
- Mix the gravy well.
- Then add the fried paneer to the gravy and cook for 5 minutes.
- Cooking till the gravy becomes half, then adding 100 grams of milk to it.
- Use the milk as per your gravy requirements.
- Cook on low heat for another 5 minutes.
- Add 1 pinch of kasoori methi before moving from flame.
