Ingredients
- 4-5 pieces of garlic
- 2 medium-sized potatoes.
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- A handful of peas.
- 2 tablespoons of cornflower.
- 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder.
- Mustard oil.
Step-by-step process for making Crispy Potato Fries
- In a bowl, smash 2 medium-sized boiled potatoes.
- Add chopped garlic to it.
- Add a handful of peas and mix them properly with the smashed potatoes.
- Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder.
- After mixing all the stuff, take a small amount of smashed potato and start rolling it in the hand like a small ball and pressing in the middle.
- Then, in a frying pan, add some mustard oil.
- Fry the pressed balls in the oil till they are all golden brown.
- Once prepared, place it on a plate with some tomato sauce/chutney to enjoy the recipe. Serve this awesome recipe to your friends and family.
